The DVmega simulates a UHF repeater for the DMR handheld. Tx power is about 10mW / 10dBm / -20dBW. This sufficient for a stable connection in the house
The BlueStack connects to the PC. The PC could be any computing device that is connected to the internet. The software BlueDV manages the digital voice streaming into the network, e.g. DMR / DMR+ / etc
